Sana Haider, M.S.
Sana Haider, M.S., is a Presidential Management Fellow, serving as a Health Specialist at the Center for Global Health (CGH). In this role, she supports key cancer control partnership and dissemination priorities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). As an NCI representative in the ICCP (International Cancer Control Partnership), Sana participates in relevant workgroups and supports the convening of communities of practice like the ICCP ECHO for National Cancer Control Plan (NCCP) Implementation and NCCP iCAYA (Integrating Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults) Series.
Prior to joining CGH, Ms. Haider was a senior consultant at Guidehouse, leading and supporting risk and compliance activities for Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access and Community Health (ACO REACH), an innovative Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) care model. She also helped develop a global knowledge product for the World Bank’s Health Nutrition and Population Global Practice. Sana participated in a U.S. Fulbright Program in the Philippines, a Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program in the Gambia, and a Harvard Collaborative Field Course in Brazil. She began her career facilitating HIV/AIDS clinical trials at Technical Resources International and Alzheimer’s disease clinical trials at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Ms. Haider received her M.S. in global health and population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, completing interdisciplinary concentrations in infectious disease epidemiology and humanitarian studies, ethics, and human rights. She also holds a B.S. in community health from the University of Maryland, where she completed the Federal Fellows Program in health policy.
