PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Replicate/validate the risk prediction model developed for the CEASAR study in a more diverse patient population to assess generalizability of the model, comparing patients who receive radical prostatectomy, radiation therapy, or active surveillance for their prostate cancer.
II. Evaluate the impact of adding established genomic classifiers to the prediction model for outcomes within treatment group in a sample of patients within California.
OUTLINE:
Patients complete questionnaires at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months on study. Patients also undergo collection of tumor tissue and saliva samples.
