Jie Xu, M.S.

Mr. Xu is a Research Associate in the physicochemical characterization section. His work focuses on characterization of nanomaterials using transmission electron microscopy and other advanced analytical instruments.

Mr. Xu received his B.S in materials science and engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China and his M.S. in materials science and engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. Before joining the Nanotechnology Characterization Laboratory in July 2020, he worked as an application engineer in DENSSolutions, delivering innovative in-situ transmission electron microscopy solutions and application support to academic and industrial researchers.
