Use in Cancer
Zenocutuzumab-zbco is approved to treat adults with cancer that has an NRG1 gene fusion, has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and has gotten worse during or after systemic therapy, including:
These uses are approved under FDA’s Accelerated Approval Program. As a condition of approval, a confirmatory trial(s) must show that zenocutuzumab-zbco provides a clinical benefit in these patients.
Zenocutuzumab-zbco is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
