OPPA
This combination contains the chemotherapy drugs vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), procarbazine hydrochloride, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (Adriamycin) and the steroid hormone prednisone. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.

Use in Cancer
OPPA is used to treat:
- Hodgkin lymphoma in children. It is used to treat certain female patients and is often used with radiation therapy.
