OEPA
This combination contains the chemotherapy drugs vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), etoposide phosphate, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (Adriamycin) and the steroid hormone prednisone. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.

Use in Cancer
OEPA is used to treat:
- Hodgkin lymphoma in children. It is used to treat certain male patients and is often used with radiation therapy.
