MVAC
This chemotherapy combination contains the drugs methotrexate, vinblastine sulfate, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and cisplatin. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.

Use in Cancer
MVAC is used to treat:
- Urothelial carcinoma, including bladder cancer, that is advanced.
