Level of evidence B4: Nonrandomized, multicentered, prospective, controlled clinical trial with a planned comparison of efficacy including an endpoint of overall survival from a defined time, total mortality, cause-specific mortality, carefully assessed quality of life, event-free survival, disease-free survival, progression-free survival, or tumor response differences.
