Objectives
I. Compare the efficacy of radiotherapy alone with pre-operative radiotherapy for patients with head and neck cancer.

General Eligibility Criteria:
Squamous cell carcinoma or lymphoepithelioma of oral cavity, oropharynx, supraglottic pharynx, and hypopharynx. T3 or T4 lesions with nodes of any N stages, except N3A stages, and fixed course nodes. Include T2 lesions for hypopharyngeal tumor.
