General Information

Revised text to state that early exposure to common infections in early childhood appears to decrease the risk of Hodgkin lymphoma, most likely by maturation of cellular immunity (cited Rudant et al. as reference 9).

Diagnosis and Staging

Added text to state that the concept of reduced frequency of imaging was supported by a review of imaging studies on 99 patients from a single institution (cited Rathore et al. as reference 32).
