Module 2 – Cancer Pain Management
Most patients with cancer experience pain. This module addresses patient-related, profession-related, and system-related barriers to effective pain control. Adequate assessment by a knowledgeable oncologist, often working closely with an interdisciplinary team, is essential to relieve and control pain effectively.
